These Terms of Service govern your use of flavordropco.com and purchases from FlavorDropCo., the legal business operating the FlavorDrop brand (“FlavorDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any product or fulfillment details shown to you before you submit your order.

Prices on the Canadian storefront are expressed in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Products and weekly menus

FlavorDropCo. sells prepared meals and related food products, generally through limited weekly menus and small-batch production. Product pages and the current menu describe the food, box size, price, meal choices, availability, and other material restrictions that apply to the purchase. Photographs are intended to represent our food as accurately as practical, but plating, colour, garnishes, ingredient appearance, and packaging can vary.

Weekly menus, ingredients, quantities, box options, and availability may change. We will not substitute a materially different paid product without your agreement. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we may offer an alternative or cancel the affected item or order and provide an appropriate refund.

Orders and the agreement

Please review your box size, meal selections, quantity, contact information, fulfillment option, and total before submitting payment. Shopify checkout provides an opportunity to review and correct order information before an order is submitted.

An order is subject to payment authorization and available inventory. When Shopify accepts your payment and issues an order confirmation, the order becomes an agreement between you and FlavorDropCo., subject to the information disclosed before purchase and any rights you have under applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund or another resolution agreed with you.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, a payment problem, an obvious pricing or technical error, unavailable inventory, an inability to fulfill safely, or an address or fulfillment issue. If we cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, amounts paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded unless the law permits a different outcome and you agree to it.

Prices, taxes, charges, and payment

The product price shown when you order is the price that applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error before fulfillment. Applicable taxes and any other charge collected through the online order are shown before you submit payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after online checkout.

Payment methods available to you are those displayed by Shopify at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and its payment providers. FlavorDropCo. does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Availability and timing

FlavorDrop is produced in limited quantities. A menu or box can sell out and may become unavailable before any stated ordering window ends. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

Any order cutoff, preparation date, pickup timing, or other fulfillment timing that applies to a particular release will be shown on the website, at checkout, in your order confirmation, or communicated to you before fulfillment. We do not promise a fixed weekly schedule unless it is actually available for that release.

Pickup and local delivery

Local pickup is available when shown as an option at checkout. The applicable pickup location, timing, and instructions shown or confirmed for your order form part of the fulfillment details for that order. Please do not travel to a pickup location until the order is ready and you have the applicable pickup information.

Eligible Brampton addresses may see Local Delivery as an option at checkout. If Local Delivery is shown for the address entered, that option and any charge displayed before payment apply to the order. Workplace or group delivery to Mississauga, Toronto, or other GTA areas is not confirmed through household checkout and must be separately quoted and confirmed by FlavorDropCo. An order note by itself does not create or confirm a delivery arrangement outside the available checkout option.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and fulfillment information. If a fulfillment problem is caused by materially incomplete or incorrect information you supplied, contact us promptly and we will work with you on a reasonable resolution. Additional costs caused by a requested second delivery or similar re-service may be charged only if disclosed and agreed.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Prepared food is perishable. Our voluntary cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy. In general, we may be able to accommodate a requested cancellation or change before purchasing or preparation for your order has begun. Once preparation has begun, or after food has been packed, picked up, delivered, or otherwise handed off, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for personal taste preference.

This does not limit a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that you are entitled to under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives a substantive or procedural right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Order problems

If your order is missing an item, contains an incorrect item, is damaged at handoff, or you believe there is a food-quality or safety problem attributable to FlavorDropCo., contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally on the day you receive the order. Include your order number and enough information for us to assess the issue; photographs may be helpful where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, the resolution may include a replacement, correction, credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Ingredients, allergens, and dietary requests

Meal descriptions are provided to help customers choose, but recipes and ingredients may change. Meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, wheat/gluten, soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts, sesame, fish, shellfish, and other allergens. If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before ordering so we can tell you whether we can accommodate it. A request is not accepted unless FlavorDropCo. expressly confirms it.

We do not represent that any meal or preparation environment is allergen-free unless we expressly confirm that in writing for the specific order.

Storage, reheating, and food safety

Refrigerate prepared meals promptly after pickup or delivery and follow the storage and reheating guidance provided with your order. Reheat food appropriately before eating where reheating is required. Do not consume food that has been stored improperly or that you reasonably believe is unsafe. Once an order has been handed to you or your authorized recipient, you are responsible for safe storage and handling except to the extent a problem existed at handoff or applicable law provides otherwise.

Workplace and group orders

Workplace, catering, group, or custom orders may involve a separate quote, menu, minimum quantity, fulfillment arrangement, deposit, or cancellation terms. Those additional terms will be disclosed before you accept the applicable order or quote. Where a workplace order is a consumer transaction, applicable consumer-protection rights continue to apply; commercial transactions may be governed by separate agreed terms.

Customer accounts

A customer account is optional unless the website clearly tells you otherwise for a specific service. You are responsible for keeping account access credentials and one-time login codes secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information needed to operate the website, process and fulfill orders, provide support, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and for other purposes described in that policy. Shopify also processes information as the platform provider.

Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made from this storefront are transactions between you and FlavorDropCo.; Shopify provides the commerce platform and related services but is not the seller of FlavorDrop products. Your use of Shopify-supported services may also involve Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices.

Website use and intellectual property

The FlavorDrop name, original website copy, photographs, graphics, recipes, designs, logos, and other original content are owned by FlavorDropCo. or used with permission, subject to any third-party rights. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or commercially exploit our protected content except as permitted by law or with permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. FlavorDropCo. is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control where the law permits that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, conditions, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Subject to any non-waivable consumer right to bring a proceeding elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or a purchase from FlavorDropCo. may be brought before the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction in Ontario.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise or you agree to a later change.
